Cancellations
Cancellation policies are never fun; however, much like a doctors surgery we have many bookings. Subsequently, late rescheduling and no shows ultimately results in other clients missing out on appointment opportunities and disrupts the work schedule for the therapist or stylist.
As a courtesy we send out an SMS reminder the day before your appointment, reminding you of your appointment date and time.
Most of our online bookings now require a nonrefundable deposit of $50 or 20% of the value of appointment, if cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time.
If you are booking an appointment over the phone, you may be asked for a deposit to be paid over the phone via credit card.
If you are using a Gift Voucher, you will be required to pay a deposit to secure the booking but it will be refunded at the time of settling the bill after the treatment.
If you are a regular no show to your appointments, please don’t be alarmed if you get asked to pay for your treatment up front when booking. (Our system shows us how many missed appointments you have had).
We will now only reserve your booked slot for 15 minutes past your original booking time, if we can resell your appointment time after that we will do so.
If you are running late to a appointment we will try our best to do what you were originally booked in for, but if we can not fit it all in with the time we have left, you will still be charged the full amount.
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule, and we will do our very best to accommodate you. We kindly ask that you give no less than 48 hours notice for cancellations.
